Department of Labor (DOL) Older Worker Unit (OWU)
In June 2015, Program Management Solutions was awarded a contract to support the Department of Labor (DOL) Older Worker Unit (OWU), under the division of the National Programs, Tool and Technical Assistance (DNPTTA).
We provide Training, Technical Assistance, Communications and Outreach for OWU and provide technical assistance to grantees and sub-grantees. We also work to identify and correct performance or program-related challenges and/or deficiencies.
Through the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), our primary objective is to provide program support, technical assistance, and training to grantees so that they may more effectively and efficiently serve participants.
